After looking through recent records, maddening me with the all
to similar appearing data and noting the most unusual
occurances over the past year, i have a proposal for
incrementalist holidays. (12 holidays in twelve years doesn't
seem enough, does it?)

the following days should be considered possible holidays.
Ritual celebrations should vary, and each holiday is once in a
lifetime (not annually like those wimpy cults)

The law of the holidays are any dates that appear to be trinary (or
base 3) numbers, (these are lesser holidays, but entail the
same amount of alcohol consumption) or contain a pattern when
the century is truncated (ie "the divine sequence":
